Bad communication - and the client has to cover the full cost

Incredibly bad experience that is costing me more than 1500€.
I suspended my treatment but the dentist still continued and ordered work from laboratory that I clearly told them not to - and then sent me a receipt for it.
And then they started ignoring my emails. Stay away ...
